Allen Bower, VMD
Dr. Bower is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University receiving a Bachelors of Science in Animal Bioscience. He completed his formal education at the University of Pennsylvania where he was awarded a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1990. He is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Pennsylvania Veterinary Medical Association.
